Slot Attendant (Fulltime)
What will you do?
As a Slot Attendant, you monitor slot machine functionality and player activity. You will:
• Ensure all machine tilts or errors are attended to in the quickest time possible
• Escalate or report major machine errors to the technical department and assist them with overall maintenance and machine moves
• Ensure minimal downtime on slot machines
• Pay out jackpots, taking into account verification and internal processes
• Interact with guests, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high service levels
• Ensure slot machines and the gaming floor are neat and presentable
• Assist with minor guest disputes and involve management or the technical department in case of major concerns
What we ask of you
We are looking for the following requirements in our new Slot Attendant:
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Able to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting on slot machines
• Basic understanding and comprehension of the English and Spanish language
• Availability during day and night shifts, from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
Please note:
• This role requires the physical ability to lift and move gaming equipment
• You will be working in the casino during opening hours
• You must possess or be eligible for a residence and work permit for Bonaire within a short time frame
