We’re looking for a Retail Shop Employee to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping experience for both visitors and residents.
What you will do?
As a Retail Shop Employee, you’ll be one of the first people customers meet when they walk into our stores. You’ll help customers find the right products, answer questions, process sales, and keep the store organized and well-presented.
Your responsibilities will include:

Advising customers on products and making sales

Processing payments and cash handling

Receiving and unpacking new stock

Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays

Keeping the store clean and organized

Working together with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

Contributing ideas to improve the store and customer experience
What we are looking for?

Customer-focused: You enjoy helping people and creating a positive shopping experience.

Sales experience: You are comfortable approaching customers and have previous experience in a sales or retail environment.

Authorized to work on Bonaire: Applicants must be legally permitted to work on Bonaire.
What a typical day looks like
The day starts before opening by preparing the store and checking the cash register. Once the doors open, your focus is on helping customers and keeping the store looking its best.
Throughout the day you’ll assist shoppers, restock products, receive deliveries, and work with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. At closing time, you’ll help tidy the store, complete cash handling tasks, and prepare for the next business day.

What we offer?

A full-time contract (40 hours/week, 2 days off)
