The Experience Host is responsible for welcoming our guests and creating a warm, fun and memorable visit at The Cadushy Distillery.
You will host visitors, share the story of our products and our distillery, support tastings, answer questions, and help guests enjoy The Cadushy Experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
You are the person who brings energy, hospitality and a smile to our guests. In short: you help us share The Spirit of Bonaire with the world.
KEY DUTIES
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Hosting tours and tastings
• Sharing the story of The Cadushy Distillery and our products
• Answering guest questions
• Supporting sales in the shop and bar
• Preparing and serving tastings and drinks
• Keeping the visitor area clean, organized and guest-ready
• Helping the team create a memorable Cadushy Experience
REQUIREMENTS
• MBO-4 or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly, energetic and guest-oriented
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Good command of English, Dutch and Papiamentu
• Team spirit
• Sense of humor
• A positive attitude and a hands-on mentality
