The Office Manager is responsible for keeping our daily office operations organized, accurate and running smoothly. You will support administration, finance, communication, HR-related tasks and internal coordination.
You are the person who helps connect the dots between the team, management, suppliers, guests and partners.
In short: you bring structure, clarity and positive energy to the heart of The Cadushy Distillery.
KEY DUTIES
• Office coordination and daily administration
• Financial administration, invoices, payments and records
• Secretarial and management support
• HR support, planning and payroll verification
• Communication with suppliers, partners and stakeholders
• Supporting reports, filing and internal processes
• Helping the team work smarter and more organized
REQUIREMENTS
• MBO-4 or equivalent
• Experience in office administration
• Basic knowledge of finance and HR processes
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Accurate, reliable and well-organized
• Friendly, proactive and able to work independently
• Good command of English, Dutch and Papiamentu
