Premier Security is looking for a Security Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily security operations at Coral Casino Bonaire.
About the role
As Security Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the security team and the safety of guests, employees, and casino property. You are a visible and professional leader on the floor, ensuring that security procedures are followed and that incidents are handled calmly and effectively.
You will work closely with the casino management, Surveillance team, and Security Manager of Premier Security to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily security operations.
Guide and support Senior Security Officers and Security Officers.
Ensure proper staffing, task allocation, briefings, and shift handovers.
Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action and accurate reporting.
Monitor access control, restricted areas, and compliance with security procedures.
Work closely with casino management and Surveillance to identify and address potential risks.
Coach team members in professional conduct, situational awareness, conflict management, and de-escalation.
Maintain clear communication and handle confidential information with discretion.
Support continuous improvement of security procedures and team performance.
What we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, or the gaming industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of casino operations, security procedures, and risk management is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.
A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and willingness to undergo background screening.
Knowledge of Papiamentu, Spanish, and/or Dutch is an advantage.
