Your Day-to-Day Paradise Duties

• Balance the Books: Record and process guest charges and payments accurately.

• Team Support: Provide administrative and filing support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and the General Cashier.

• Report & Connect: Work directly with the Financial Controller to keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Stay on Track: Manage pay schedules, revenue allocation, and inventory reconciliations.

• Meet Deadlines: Prepare daily flash reports, assist with internal audits, monthly inventories, and month-end closings.

What Makes You the Perfect Match

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong communicator.

• Experience in accounting (hospitality experience is a major plus).

• Excellent references.

• Comfortable speaking and writing English.

• Able to work accurately and independently.

Your Island Responsibilities

• Gear & Boat Care: Help maintain dive equipment and boats.

• Keep it Fresh: Fill tanks and ensure the dive shop and boats remain clean and organized.

What You Bring

• Certified PADI Instructor.

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

• Fluent in English (Dutch and/or Spanish is a strong advantage).

GUEST SERVICE AGENT (FULL-TIME)

Your Day-to-Day Paradise Duties

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

• Check guests in and out and provide information about the resort.

• Handle room keys, guest questions, and requests.

• Process payments using the POS system.

• Manage cash and credit card transactions.

• Handle emails and telephone inquiries efficiently.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for guest requests and special arrangements.

• Coordinate VIP arrivals, celebrations, and personalized guest services.

• Work closely with all departments to exceed guest expectations.

• Communicate professionally with guests before, during, and after their stay via email, phone, and in person.
