As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you support the daily financial administration of Dive Friends Bonaire. You ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and that the administration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You work independently while maintaining close contact with colleagues and external partners such as customers and suppliers.
What will you do?
You are responsible for supporting the financial administration and ensuring everything is processed correctly and on time. Your tasks include:
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Processing bank transactions
• Assisting with monthly financial closing activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records and administration
• Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding financial matters
• Filing, checking, and organizing financial documents
What are we looking for?
• Completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in a financial field
• Experience in an administrative or financial role is a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel and administrative systems
• Accurate, structured, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills
• Available for 16–20 hours per week

About us
With 7 different locations and 3 retail stores, Dive Friends Bonaire has the biggest dive operation on Bonaire. We have approximately 65 employees. Dive Friends Bonaire is a PADI 5 Star IDC Center. Divers are trained from beginner to professional level. We introduce guests to the most beautiful dive sites on Bonaire. Our dive shops are open 7 days per week to provide a perfect experience for our guests.
We are a retail dealer, importing and distributing merchandise for all Dive Friends shops and retail stores. In addition, we supply other dive centers with dive equipment and accessories on Bonaire and work closely with on island suppliers.
