Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino in sunny Bonaire is looking for a General Accounting Associate to join our buzzing finance team. If numbers make you happy, you love precision and a tropical backdrop, this is your perfect match!
Your Day-to-Day Paradise Duties
• Balance the Books: Record and process guest charges and payments flawlessly.
• Team Support: Provide smooth administrative and filing backup for AP, AR, Payroll, and the General Cashier.
• Report & Connect: Work directly under our Financial Controller to keep everything running like clockwork.
• Stay on Track: Master pay schedules, revenue allocation, and inventory reconciliations.
• Crush Deadlines: Make the daily flash report, keep internal audits, monthly inventories, and month-end closings completely on point.
What Makes You the Perfect Match
• Detail-Driven: You are attentive, focused, highly analytical, and a great communicator.
• Experienced: You have a background in accounting (hospitality experience is a huge plus!) and excellent references.
• Language Skills: You speak and write comfortably in English.
DIVE INSTRUCTOR (FULL-TIME / ON-CALL)

Your Island Responsibilities
• Lead the Way: Teach courses and guide guests on unforgettable shore, boat, and night dives.
• Spread Island Vibes: Bring a friendly, helpful, and courteous attitude to guests and teammates every day.
• Gear & Boat Care: Help maintain our dive boats and equipment so everything is safe and ready.
• Keep it Fresh: Fill tanks and ensure the dive shop and boats stay clean and tidy.
What You Bring to the Boat
• Certified Pro: You are a certified PADI Instructor.
• Service-First Mindset: You genuinely love helping people and creating amazing memories.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English (if you speak Dutch or Spanish, that is a major bonus!).
