We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager (40 hours per week) to lead our retail operations at Dive Friends Bonaire.
You will be responsible for the management and performance of our four retail stores: Dushi Store, Reef Store, Arena and the Beach Shop at Delfins, as well as overall inventory control, purchasing and sales performance across the company.
What you’ll do
• Manage and support the three retail stores: Dushi Store, Reef Store and Arena
• Oversee inventory management across all locations
• Responsible for purchasing, stock accuracy and product availability
• Coordinate order processing, logistics and customer service
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, customs and shipping partners
• Improve retail processes and operational efficiency
• Monitor trends and respond to market developments
• Support reporting and administration with the finance team
Who you are
• Experienced in retail management or a similar role
• Strong leader who motivates and develops teams
• Structured, analytical and solution oriented
• Hands on and adaptable in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Comfortable working with retail systems and MS Office
• Ready to live and work on Bonaire
About Dive Friends Bonaire
Dive Friends Bonaire is a PADI 5 star dive center with 7 dive locations and 4 retail stores. We provide diving services, retail operations and supply dive equipment across the island, working closely with local partners and dive centers.
