Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work during week, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Be accountable, self determined, representable and dynamic.
• Assist in performing daily maintenance prescribed in the maintenance manual and maintain records.
• Ensure that all equipment for the job is free of any damages/defects and is fully operational prior to any operation.
• Conduct mechanical inspections.
• Basic knowledge on equipment functionality, periodic inspection and maintenance.
• Technical training in automotive, diesel, or electrical systems (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance (SIDA badge).
Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience working with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems.
• Prior experience with GSE, heavy equipment, or vehicle maintenance is highly desirable but not always required.
Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of:
◦ Diesel/gasoline engine systems
◦ Electrical and hydraulic systems
◦ Pneumatic tools and diagnostics
